    Booking did not match my request, and staff cheerfully made the necessary change upgrading me at no extra charge. I liked that they appreciated my circumstances -- x-country trip, needing ground floor and exterior door to haul stuff in, rearrange, etc. Pool was fabulous after the heat of the day! Nice breakfast.

    Hotel is difficult to approach when you drive in from the west. The need for a u-turn on the Trans-Canada Highway -- that's a bit tricky. Didn't see any signs. Would have been totally lost, had I not googled directions. And I still got it wrong! Turned right on Acme at first instead of using the left-turning lane to do a u-turn. Not sure what they can do about it! But it's a drawback. I also find them a little pricey for what's offered. Wouldn't stay there at regular prices, but I found a deal at Booked.net. Thanks! btw, Victoria BC, not CA

    The location to the local snowmobile trails. Friendly staff

    could use an additional toaster for breakfast. 1 toaster for a larger crowd is making for long waits for breakfast.

    Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very adequate.

    Bed was very hard, definitely no pillow top mattress. Pillows were very flat. Hot tub did not have very good jets. Also disappointed they didn't accept the Wyndham Rewards card in Canada, only US.
